Refund policy

CERAMICS

Each ceramic piece is made with love in my LA studio! These pieces are handmade and may have unique imperfections or glaze drips and runs that I like to call "kisses from the Kiln Gods". We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was damaged upon arrival. In the unfortunate event that an item is blemished during transport, please reach out to us at artbycruzcreations@gmail.com with details of the product and we will work out the best solution for you! If the package is lost during transportation or if package arrives damaged, we will issue 100% refund (or full amount we can get from the insurance company).

Please kindly note all purchases are final, and please read our Pottery Care Instructions to make sure your functional ceramic pieces last for as long as possible. :)

PRIVATE EVENTS

All private event deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be subject to the full event fee.
